Natalie commanded the anchor desk throughout her career in Topeka, Wichita, and Kansas City, while also reporting in the field and producing behind the scenes. Her wide skill set made her a valuable newsroom team player. Natalie is a compassionate storyteller who excelled at shooting, writing and editing memorable stories. She has won numerous regional Emmy and Kansas Association of Broadcasters awards for her anchoring and reporting.
A former Miss Minnesota, Natalie competed in the 2012 Miss America competition. She won awards for her on-stage talent, an operatic vocal performance. She was also recognized for her dedication to service work related to autism and other disabilities, inspired by her brother. Her leadership and advocacy work in this realm, and her career in broadcast television, molded Natalie into an expert communicator on all levels: in front of the camera, one on one, and in front of audiences both large and small.
