OTA Talent Expands and Adds Leigh Spann as a Broadcast Talent Agent
OTA Talent, America’s largest TV news agency by agent count, continues its national expansion. The leading talent agency has hired Leigh Spann as an agent on OTA’s dominant national agent team.

For nearly 25 years, Spann worked as a meteorologist. She spent the past 17 years at WFLA in Tampa, FL. Spann is excited to leverage her expertise as OTA’s newest agent. “The broadcast news industry has given me so much over the years, and I am excited to help clients become the best version of themselves as well as find the perfect position. OTA Talent was an easy fit for me to accomplish this since all the agents spent years in newsrooms. We know the ins and outs of this unique business,” Spann said.
Spann represents journalists in all on and off-air newsroom positions. Throughout her career, she has mentored many colleagues in the industry. Now Spann is excited to develop her OTA clients. “It’s important for me to be a guide and cheerleader for my clients. We all deserve to have someone in our corner, and my goal is always to be that person and help clients reach their dreams,” Spann added.

Spann graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. She earned the Atmospheric Science certificate from UGA, and she still cheers loudly for her Georgia Bulldogs.
